Dear Mr. Morton:
This is in reference to the meeting held with our represenatives
on May 18, at the City Town Center in Coppe11, concerning the
replacement of our cable on Moore Rd. As we discussed today the
problems in scheduling placement of our cable within the ROW of
Moore Rd. being in conflict with completion of the widening
project by Ashlar Construction, it is apparent that we must delay
this placement until the City of Coppe11 makes a final acceptance
of the widening project.
General Telephone will not replace the existing cable along this
route until official notification has been received from the City
that Ashlar is completed, unless service outages begin to
occur from the damaged cable. I am attaching a copy of our
proposed construction prints, showing the areas in question.
Per our discussions of today, upon receipt of a copy of the as
built prints of the road plans from Ginn Inc. we will make every
attempt to make the replacement go as smooth and as quickly as
possible to eliminate additional complaints from the residents in
this area.
