Dear Mr. Bailey:
Please review the following claims filed through the City of
Coppell, Texas. As you know, final payment on this project
cannot be issued until all damage claims are resolved.
In accordance with paragraph 3.17, Indemnification, of the
contract documents, it is required that you hold the City of
Coppell harmless for these claims.
Our records show the following claims have yet to be addressed
and/or resolved:
