Re: December 1, 1986 Opening of Moore Road Southbound One-Way
Dear Mr. Bailey:
It is my opinion that Moore Road will not be ready to open
December 1, 1986, as shown on the last schedule furnished from
you for the following reasons: We had requested at the meeting
on Moore Road, November 6, 1986, that ample time be available
for us to reinspect, in case replacement is required. At this
time, no date has been set for this reinspection. Also, there
are some other areas of concern that have yet to be resolved,
such as the pavement area around the two storm drain manholes
and the counter sink at Swan Intersection.
Also, before Moore Road can be open, PSI specifications must be
met on any concrete pour that traffic will use.
A more realistic date should be considered at this time. If
these areas of concern can be resolved in the very near future,
then December 8, 1986 would seem more of an appropriate date for
the opening.
Please consider the above information in establishing a date.
