Re: Drainage from Owner's Property onto Moore Road,
Dear Mr. Eastin:
As per our meeting on September 29, 1986, with the City Engineer
of Coppell, I have issued a field change to comply with our
agreement.
Since the top of curb and the flow line of the drainage ditch on
the south side of your drive at the right-of-way are
approximately the same, we will lower the driveway approach at
this point three inches, giving you additional fall. We will
slightly invert a line of drain from the southwest point on the
approach to the northeast point at the gutter line to help
channel the flow of water. The top of curb at Moore Road will
remain the same. (See attached drawing.)
On the north side of your drive at the right-of-way, we will
bring the sidewalk and grade elevation so that the additional
drainage from the north side of your drive will drain across the
walk and, by opening an additional throat on the proposed inlet
just north of your drive, pick up the additional drainage.
Please review the enclosures and call me if you have any
questions regarding this agreement.
