Dear Mr. Peiffer,
This letter shall confirm our conversation of this date
regarding a change in the gas line relocation work to
accommodate the subject road project.
Field investigation has revealed that 1) the depth of
existing gas line at the alley South of Haven6rest will be
sufficient to eliminate the need for lowering at this location,
and 2) the depth of existing gas line at Christi Lane will not
allow adequate clearance and therefore lowering at this street
will now be required.
Since relocation work is currently underway, it has been
determined that this change could be made in the field, so that
progress of the work would not be interrupted.
