Dear Mr. Dobecka:
Enclosed is a copy of correspondence we had sent you on May 7,
1985, regarding the above referenced project. In reviewing our
records, we were not able to determine your response to that
correspondence. We would appreciate it if you could please
review the enclosed material and advise us on this matter.
For background information, the public right-of-way throughout
the entire project is 60 feet wide except at your property. In
reference to exhibit "A" enclosed, the two properties to the
immediate north of you either have been or are in the process of
being dedicated to the City of Coppell. The sole purpose of
this additional 5 feet requested is to provide sufficient
right-of-way width to allow a sidewalk to be installed along the
front of your property in a location from the street that is
consistent with the rest of the project. After the sidewalk is
installed, the area of ground disturbed shall be graded and
hydromulched. We feel that you will be very pleased with the
sidewalk if its location conforms with the rest of the project.
