regarding utility conflicts on the above referenced project.
The City of Coppell reached agreements with Lone Star Gas,
Continental Pipeline Company, and the railroad on July 22, 1986,
at the City Council meeting, thus enabling them to proceed with
all their needed adjustments and/or improvements.
