As formal notice, the City of Coppell has informed us that the
unit prices for items one and two, as submitted in your June 20
correspondence, are accepted. Item three (mobilization) we do
not recognize as applicable since your people are currently
on the jobsite.
The total anticipated cost of this additional work based on
your unit prices is approximately $7,840.00. A copy of your
June 20 correspondence is attached.
Please proceed at this time to incorporate the additional
work into the scope of this project.
