On May 16, 1986 your office was informed in writing of the
above referenced damage claim. In that correspondence you were
requested to advise this office of Ashlar's determination in
this matter which we have not yet received. Please send us
another copy of your response to our May 16, 1986 letter if you
have already responded.
Also, please be reminded that per the Contract Documents, final
payment on this project cannot be issued until all damage
claims are resolved.
We appreciate your immediate attention in resolving this claim.
