Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
The City of Coppell Utilities Division of Public Works has completed their walk-through of the Wagon
Wheel Elevated Storage Tank and Sandy Lake Road Water Line projects. The items needing completion are
as follows:
Elevated Storage Tanh
1. A cap needs to be installed on the ball valve in the meter vault.
2. Grout needs to be installed on the top seam of the valve vault.
3. MLV 12" located outside the fence needs an extension on it.
Sand~ Lal~e Road Water Line
1. The valve located east of Whispering Hills needs to be brought up to curb level.
These items need to be added to the items outlined in our letter to you dated October 13, 1999. Please provide
the manpower, equipment and materials necessary to complete these items in an expeditious manner. If you
