Dear Mr. Vanderpool:
By receipt of this letter, you are hereby informed that the City
of Coppell commits itself to the reimbursement of actual costs
incurred to Continental Pipeline Company for the improvements
required on the Con-Dor 6" products pipeline at the Moore Road
and Belt Line Road intersection (estimated at $10,000.00).
At the time of invoicing, the City of Coppell requests that
supporting cost records accompany the invoice for our records.
Please send the invoice to Ginn, Inc., 16135 Preston Road,
Suite 112, Dallas, TX 75248, for review.
Enclosed is a copy of the investment summary submitted on
June 12, 1985, which summarizes the complete extent of the terms
which the City of Coppell is committing to.
