Dear Mr. Vanderpool:
Please find enclosed a copy of Ashlar's cover letter, executed
conditional letter of agreement, and executed certificate of
insurance. You requested these items on March 26, 1986. Please
note that Gary Metcalf Construction Company, Inc., a utility
sub-contractor on this project, has furnished the certificate of
insurance. As a point of clarification, the City of Coppell is
under direct contract with Ashlar Contracting Company, and Gary
Metcalf Construction Company, Inc. is an approved utility
sub-contractor. If this presents any problems, please notify
our office in writing immediately before they commence any
construction around your utility.
Please verify in writing whether you have received the 9~
certified copy of insurance from the contractor per his cover
letter and if their limits of insurance coverage are adequate
for your needs. After you have made this verification, we will
notify the contractor that he may proceed.
