Dear Kevin
Please find enclosed three (3) copies, and the original
of the subject letter of agreement, executed by Ashlar
Contracting as you requested by letter dated March'31.
I had forwarded a copy of Continental's letter to Metcalff
Construction Company for their review and agreement to the same.
Upon their interpretatio~j they inadvertantly sent the original
"Certified Copry" of the rtificate of Insurance directl~ ~o
the CPL office in Lake Charles. At this same time, Metcalff
transmitted the copies to this office, which were not recieved.
Upon a follow up call last week, additional copies were forward-
ed to me which I have also enclosed. Please confirm receipt
through CPL'S Lake Charles office that the Certificate of
lnsurance was transmitted to them on or about April ll, 1986.
I apologize for the delay caused by our ever efficient
Postal Service, and Metcalff's misinterpretation of the proced-
ure to be followed.
