they finish coated ceiling area with Tnemec Series 20 Pota-Pox, color WHO2 Tank White.
On 6-14-99 an inspection to finish coated surfaces was performed. The DFT's are noted in table area. The minimum
required by specification is 10.0 mils. The low areas found will be recoated today along with a brush touch up to pin holes
in welds. Most of the low areas were found on outer ceiling plate and wall / ceiling brace pieces. Some of the roof beams
were also a little low. Small holidays of primer showed on bottoms of some roof beams. Overall the ceiling looked pretty
good and today's touch up coating should complete the ceiling area. Airless spray and brush application started at 1 i:40 a.m

Additional Information: Performed a dry ~hn thickness and holiday detector inspecnon to interior walls and
upper cone sheets of above noted tank. DFT readings are noted in Batch I and meet specification requirements of 10.0 mils.
The holiday detector was performed with a 67.5 volt holiday detector and wet sponge. Kodak photo-flow was added to
sponge water. Eight (8) holidays were found in various places on wall. These areas marked with chalk and later touched up
with Tnemec Series 20 coating. The holiday detector test was performed on walls from painter's rail down to bottom weld of
upper cone sheet.
Contractor is in process of removing the remainder of dust from floor area in preparation for application of finish coat.
Area to be finish coated today includes remainder of lower cone sheets, raised floor, flat floor, bottom 8' of over flow pipe
and wet side of access tube.
Brush touch up to holiday test occurred from 12:05 p.m. to 12:15 p.m. Then start airless spray application to above noted
areas. Also brush in all welds prior to spray application. Spray application to dry side of access tube also performed today.
A roller applied coat of Tnemec Series 74 Tank White was applied to underside of exterior painter's rail today.
