Here are my comments on the May 2011 Freese & Nichols 90% plans.
Also attached is the table showing water requirements and particularly fire service. After Tim Oates told me in
March that he wanted any building with medical gases or for restaurant uses to be fully sprinklered, I provided the
table to reflect the buildings that could possibly have those uses.

Sheet Comment
PV-7 Confirm with the City that they requested the sidewalk shown on Houston
Street from Main eastward to S Coppell Road. It’s fine, but not necessary
for us. Perhaps it’s to tie in the sidewalk from Burnet in this phase?
PV-18 Please remove the labeling “Stripe for Firelane” from the plan. The future
driveway parallel to Hammond will be designated as a firelane.
UT-2 There is a fireline to every cottage. This isn’t necessary unless the City
UT-5 requires it. Unless there is a reason for this, could the water meters be
UT-6 located within ten feet of the property lines instead of the center of each
lot where a walk is likely (Cottages 5-13)?
UT-8 Correct residential driveway layouts. Verify water service locations against
UT-9 Darling plan.
UT-10 Where are the firelines shown for this area?
UT-15 Correct residential driveway layouts. Verify sewer service locations
UT-19 against Darling plan.
E-3 Street lighting is not shown in the right-of-way at retail-services?
Only conduit futures shown.
E-4 Street lighting is not shown in the right-of-way at residential blocks?
Only conduit futures shown.
LP-2 Can we reconsider the Indian Hawthorne in the 5x9 planters and
