I do not recall the venting requirement continuing either. Did I miss something?

According to Perri, we are done with TCEQ. The wells have been plugged, and there are well plugging
reports. Perri asked if we need Frank to help with the venting that we talked about the last time we met. I
never saw the overlay to see if there is a building in the required area for venting. Is there? If so, do you
want me to mention this to Greg? Do we want Frank to help with this?

Yes, although the risk is not high, we would recommend that structures located on or close to the areas of
affected groundwater have some type of venting layer to address vapor intrusion into structures.

What about the venting for under a building that goes on that site. Still think it is a good idea to do it on
the front end?

Yes, the docs were shipped off to TCEQ yesterday. You are done with TCEQ.
I am sending you the final FSCR doc, and a Final copy of the ARF binder that contains any revised pages
sent to TCEQ in response to their emailed comments. This will supersede the ARF I sent you in March.
Do you need anything further from me for the buyer?

Has everything been shipped off to Austin? In other words are we finished?

Hi Perri-
Attached is the FSCR and the attached well plugging reports. I just realized that I did not get your
signature on the TCEQ mandated transmittal form (attached). They initiated this new form last summer
and I keep forgetting to include it.......
Please sign above "Responsible Party" and return to me, and I will slap it on the submittal. Then I will
send you a hard copy of the entire package.
Thanks,
