Keith,
Attached are the updated cost estimate spreadsheets and exhibit based on our conversation yesterday. I added
in the private on street parking to the developer costs. I also removed the electrical conduit (bethel to the
pavilion) from the developer costs.
David Beckman will be at the Utility Coordination meeting on Tuesday so he should be able to answer any
questions that you have about the street lighting at that meeting.
How does 3:30 on Thursday (5/26) work for you guys to have our 90% plan review meeting? Let us know and I’ll
set it up.
