Thank you again for meeting this morning to help us understand the anticipated infrastructure costs for this
project.
Please find attached the final site plan and the layout for the residential prepared by Darling Homes for the 44
residential lots. The anticipated average square footage of the homes is 2,400, the highest is around 2,800.
The residential dedicated alley for the block of 32 patio homes is 30’ wide comprised of 20’ of paving and five feet
on either side for franchise utilities. The rear wall of the residence is 1’ from the alley and 6’ from the pavement. It
will have a garage door but no window. If there is a problem setting transformers in this 5’ area, please advise.
All of the commercial portions of the plan remain unchanged.
