The contracts definitely say we are paying for all street lights. I made Clay read the documents to confirm
that, and he said we are responsible. I will let him know the additional cost to see if he has any concerns.

Mindi,
Can you confirm that we decided the city would install all street lights within the old town area with our
project? This will represent an additional cost over what our current estimate is of approximately
$150,000 over what we currently show. Our current plans include lighting on both sides of Main street at
the entrance to the development, then we currently show just the inside of the square.
