All –
There will probably be some impacts to our conduit plan (specific to this area) and utilities based on any revised

Hi Karen,
I’m out of town but I’ll try to have this addressed by the middle of next week and see what we can do. I’ll get with
Darling Homes for a revised plan.
Thanks,

After thinking about everything and the distances I heard mentioned in the meeting today, I don’t see any way
that we can maintain our clearance requirement between the transformers and the garage structures. We have
to maintain 5 ft. between the transformer pads and a 2 hour fire rated wall. If there are doors, windows, or

vents the distance increases to 10 ft.
I have attached our clearance requirements for your use. Please review and let me know your findings.
Thank You,

I thought the setback was proposed to be 5 feet. From my perspective, the greater the setback the better!
I do believe, however, there are units at Legacy Town Center with the developer's proposed setbacks.
