Trish/Dan,
I have discussed the issue of street lights with Mindi, and she has reiterated that we have an obligation
under our agreement with Greg to install those lights. Please advise me as to how that impacts our
current contract with FNI.
I have also established new bid dates with our Purchasing Department. We will now open bids on 8/25 at
10:00am. I am reviewing the contract documents, and will let you know when I have completed the
review.
I also need a breakdown of the engineering fee that we feel is attributable to the developer's portion of the
work.
