Re: Belt Line Road Improvements
Dear Kevin,
I have reviewed the plans for referenced project and find
at least two areas of conflict.
1.)
Where your lateral D-3, 27-inch RCP, crosses over our 10-inch
high pressure pipeline, there appears to be less clearance
than the 18-inch requirement. Lowering would be required
if adequate clearance cannot be maintained.
2.)
At your station 75+93 (approximately), the six-foot by four-
foot RCBC seems, to be in conflict with our line. Lowering
across Belt Line Road is almost a certainty in this location.
These are the only conflicts I see at this time. Should you
desire a "ballpark" or formal cost estimate to do the above
mentioned relocations, you need to request this from David Cromer,
in our Right of Way Department at 301 S. Harwood, Dallas, Texas
75201.
