Dear Mr. Goram:
It is our understanding the City will experience a delay of approximately 60 days between
the authorization by Council to sell revenue bonds and the receipt of the funds. In order
to avoid a subsequent delay in the design of the sewer improvements, we will withhold billing
on these projects until May 1, 1991. The May 1 invoices will be due by May 31, 1991 which
should be sufficient time (75 days) for the City to receive the proceeds from the bond sale.

Dear Mr. Goram:
Ginn & Case, Inc. is pleased to submit our proposal for
providing professional design, contract administration, and
construction review services to the city of Coppell for Branches
I & II of the Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main Improvements. We
propose to perform this work in accordance with our existing
contract for design of Capital Improvements with the city of
Coppell. Attached are budgetary estimates of our opinion of
probable total project costs for each branch. We must caution
that these estimates are preliminary and have been prepared
without the benefit of field surveys. Revised construction
estimates will be submitted upon completion of the field surveys
and preliminary design phase activities.
We will begin design work on these improvements upon for~.al
authorization of the City Council to proceed. We estimate it
will require approximately 6 months to complete the design of
these projects and begin advertising for bids.
