~~ explained to Mrs. Hayes the department's workload and resources
available to accomplish those areas. Her reply was that she will
be ~~Dm before the City Council to protest the conditions of
many of the- City's properties, especially those at the entrances t~
,~the City.
Mrs. Hayes has on two previous occasions been successful in getting
the MacArthur area mowed by the City prior to parties at her home.
She now calls in at the opportunity and requests this each time
entertaining is planned.
Mrs. Hayes has also complained about the property along the east side
of the road several times with limited results.
I write this memorandum to keep you apprised of this concern.
