Dear Mr. Miller:
Please find enclosed a copy of a "Conditional Agreement"
letter from Continental Pipeline Company.
Per the contract specification, please comply with their
requirements by reviewing and executing all enclosed copies
of the letter agreement. Transmit the original and three
executed copies to our office and we will forward two copies
to the City of Coppell for their records, the original to
Continental Pipeline Company, and retain one copy for our
records. Also send'us copies of the revised insurance policy
naming Continental Pipeline Company as a certificate holder.
Upon confirmation of their receipt of all requested items,
you may proceed with the installation of the 12" water main
per the plans and specifications.
