Dear Mr. Powell:
Enclosed are two copies of estimates and plans for alterations required at four
locations, which will involve the relocation of approximately 182 feet of 16-inch
Pipeline F and abandonment of approximately 157 feet of existing 16-inch pipe.
Also enclosed are copies of Lone Star Gas Company's easements which cover the
location of the proposed relocation work.
Please furnish this office authorization for reimbursement of the cost incurred
on this project, up to but not to exceed $38,208. V/e also request that the City,
or its representative, review and return one approved copy of the relocation
drawing to this office. V/hen this authorization and approved drawing are
received, I will be in a position to pursue this matter.
Upon completion of the alteration work, you will be furnished an itemized
invoice as to the actual cost incurred.
Should you have any questions concerning our cost estimates and plans, I will be
happy to meet with you at your convenience to discuss this matter in greater
detail.
