Re: Moore Road Improvements
Dear Mr. Miller:
We feel the urgency to re-emphasize to you that you need to
provide us with elevations of the existing 16" high pressure
gas line on Moore Road at the following locations:
Centerline Sra. 9 + 30(~) alley
Centerline Sra. 6 + 15(±) alley
Christi Lane
Again, this information was requested at the December 17, 1985
preconstruction conference, at a meeting on January 29, 1986,
by letter on February 11, 1986, and on other occasions either
by telephone or in the field by the inspector. Your obligation
to verify existing utilities is required per the Contract
Documents.
As stated in our February 11, 1986 letter, the purpose of your
providing this data is to enable the City of Coppell and Lone
Star Gas Company to negotiate line lowerings, etc. The reason
for the urgency is to allow time for negotiations without
causing any delays to your construction progress.
For the record, you have been informed several times of
possible delays that could result if we do not receive this
information as soon as possible.
