Attached please find a copy of Police Chief Griffin's Moore Road
Construction Project report. You will see Mayor Duggan's positive
comment and his request that you meet with the contractors on a monthly
basis.

On Wednesday, February 12, 1986, a meeting was held at the
Police Department to discuss the Moore Road construction
project. In attendance at this meeting were Randy Fleming,
Inspector with Wayne Ginn, Ed Powell, City Engineer, Steve
Goram, Department of Public Works, Tom Griffin, Police De-
partment, and Representatives of the construction company
doing the project. Issues were dicussed as to the problems
that have occurred during the project so far. All issues
that were discussed and below is a list of some of the main
issues that were addressed and worked out.
1. Randy Fleming was to be contacted on all
problems, and a twenty four hour (24)
phone number was given to all City Depart-
ments. FYI - His office number is 386-6611,
pager number 538-5103, home 423-7924.
2. Flagmen - It was~,agreed that a minimum of
two (2) flagmen '~ill be present at all times
when traffic lanes are involved.
3. Work Hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm , on
parts that interfere with traffic flow.
Weekends, limited Saturday work, and no
Sundays.
4. Equipment, all equipment on city streets to
be approved by Randy Fleming, before used on
the streets.
5. Emergency call out when problems arise after
5pm, or on weekends, Randy Fleming will be
responsible, to call out those necessary to
control the problems.
6. Holes in the road, the construction company
agreed to fix the holes in Moore Road, at
this time.
