Description Tried to turn the water off to do some plumbing work on Saturday the 21st. But the water would
not flowing through the valve even when turned to the lock out position. When I tried to return the
valve to the full open position the top of the valve twisted off. We still have adequate water
pressure for the house, but there is not enough pressure to run the spinkler system.
