Dear Mr.'~!er:
On a number of occasions, Ginn, Inc. has requested that you
provide us with elevations of the existing 16" high pre~sure
gas line on Moore Road at the following locations:
Centerline Sta. 9 + 30(~) alley
Centerline Sta. 6 + 15(~) alley
Christi Lane
This information was requested at the December 17, 1985
preconstruction conference, at a meeting on January 29, 1986,-
and on other occasions either by telephone or in the field by
the inspector. Your obligation to verify existing utilities
is required per the Contract Documents.
As stated at'the preconstruction conference, the purpose of
your providing this data was to enable the City of-Coppell
and Lone Star Gas Company to negotiate line lowerings, etc.
The reason this was requested even before construction began
was to allow time for negotiations without causing any delays
to your construction progress.
For the record, you have been informed several times of
possible delays that could result if we do not receive this
information as soon as possible.
