Construction has been under way on the above referenced
project since January 6, 1986, and is currently scheduled to
be completed November 1, 1986. As you are aware, one of the
critical aspects of this project is the proposed new railroad
crossing. In order to get the optimum safety for both the
railroad and the general public, it is desperately needed by
both parties to have the new crossing installed by November
1, 1986. We sincerely request that you expedite the
completion of the crossing so that the railroad, as well as
the general public, can benefit from the increased safety.
Our contractor will cooperate in every way so that conflicts
between different trades of work will be avoided. Currently
minimum work is being done at the south end of this project
near the railroad, so no conflicts would occur if you were to
start your construction now.
If you will keep us informed on the status of your progress,
we will relay that information to our contractor for his
scheduling purposes to alleviate conflicts with your
construction.

provide you with any additional information regarding this
project.
