]?ursuant to our conversation today regarding the above referenced
item, Chief Public Works Inspector Steve Morton has issued
an acceptance letter concerning the railroad crossing.
The acceptance is only for the crossing and should not be
considered as acceptance of the MacArthur Boulevard and East
Be!tline Road intersection project.
