ST8502-CS 851219Hr. H. L~yne 6inn 6inn, Inc. 16135 Preston Rd. Dallas, Texas Dear Ur. Ginn, 75248 The purpose of this letter ts to state mU disatisfaction with the current Moore Road project and more specifically, the direct impact tt wtl! haue on ee as a property manet. In preuious conuersat~ons with your staff, uarious options haue been d~scussed re!sting to ey property at 600 Uill~aood which is bordered by Moore Road on the west. Follmaing is an ited~ized list of action items to performed by the City and myselfc Steve Younu 1.Rebuild priuacy fence on 600 Uillmaood. 1.Tear dman priuacy fence. 2. Bulld temporary fence to restraln dogs. 3. Tear up/replace approx/matly of sprinkler s~sten 4. Supply materials to rebuild fence 5. Contact Contractors to equalize property 1sue1 with street (failure to do so would require construction of retaining ~11 on city property) 6. Replace or otherwise loose, four sizable trees 7. Rddttionaly, consider donating up to three feet of property to the City for sidewalk spacing. 8. Resod personal property. Rs you can see, the Moore Road project creates a significant burden on ee in terms of time and expense. ! understand that road tmproue~ents are for the benefit of all city residents. I do not understand the one-sided penalizing of one property owner because of a C~ty maned ditch. If you care to com~ent and/or discuss this situation further, please contact me at 880-5795 (business) or 462-7637 (home). I would appreciate your attent/on to thls ~tter prior to actual construction. St ncerelp. / Stephen T. Young 600 Villawood cc-' City Secretary Honorable Lou §uggan, Mayor
