Notice To Proceed
CONSULTING ENGINEERS
Gentlemen:
You are hereby issued a "Notice to Proceed" for the above
referenced project, on or before January 6, 1986. This
"Notice to Proceed" applies to all items of construction
except the bridge. You will be issued a separate "Notice to
Proceed" with construction as soon as the Change Order is
approved by the City of Coppell. Contract time is 300
calendar days with a completion date of November 1, 1986.
Liquidated damages are $750.00 per calendar day.
A certificate of insurance must be received by our office
prior to the start of any work on this project.
