Dear Mrs. Maier:
have received a letter from Landscape Company outlining what
~hey intend to do with these berms in lieu of barricades and
find that the irrigation, landscaping, and the planting of
Li~e crape myrtles in those berm areas are acceptable in lieu
type three barricades. I've also discussed this with Kevin
Peiffer of Ginn, Inc., and he concurred with me.
