Dear Mr. Morton:
Mrs. Jean Maier of the Nathan D. Maier Consulting
Engineering firm has forwarded to me a copy of your letter
to her concerning the request to install berms at each of
the three approaches west of MacArthur Boulevard.
Each berm will be irrigated and landscaped. The landscaping
will consist of turf grass and a minimum of five (5) Crepe
Myrtles planted on each berm. The maintenance of each berm
will be included with the maintenance program of MacArthur
Boulevard. The irrigation of the berms will be connected to
the existing automatic irrigation systems.
Supervision of the installation and maintenance of berms
will be done by Parks Landscaping, Inc., per the request of
the owners of Riverchase.
] appreciate your attention to this request as we are
anxious to proceed and thus deter traffic from using these
approaches.
