Dear Mr. Ginn:
A final walk-thru of MacArthur Blvd. and~Beltline Rd. inter-
section was performed on 9-24-87 at 1 p.m.. The intersection
was found to be substantially complete and a punch list was
submitted to Jean Maier of Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers
Inc. on 9-29-87.
As per your request, a list of variances to our Street Scape
Plan are as follows:
1) Use of 6 cm pavestones instead of 8 cm brick
2) Wheelchair ramps on the southeast and southwest were
deleted.
3) Wheelchair ramps on the northeast and northwest side
were installed radial and are also ~ the width as speci-
fied on there plans.
4) PVC pull boxes instead of concrete.
5) At this time temporary signals are questional.
Materials for permanent signals have been received by
Sharrock and will be installed as soon as pole locations
has been verified.
