Our office has made a cursory review of the red line drawing for
the above referenced intersection as submitted on March 5, 1987.
Based on this preliminary review, we have no objections to
allowing construction to continue as per the revisions, provided
that you agree to the following comments:
This is not a letter of approval or endorsement of these
changes by Ginn, Inc.

This letter is issued only to be accommodating to your firm
to allow an attempt to correct a "dip" situation that is
unsatisfactory to the City of Coppell.

If these revisions are not satisfactory and create a
hazardous intersection, or pond water in "bird baths", etc.,
that your firm will cause additional remedies, if necessary,
at no cost to the City of Coppell.
