Dear Janet:
The City of Coppell requires that the two existing Sanitary/Sewer
Manholes along the South right-of-way of Beltline Road and East
of MacArthur Blvd. be raised to finished grade prior to the liming
of Southeast side of the Beltline Road/MacArthur Blvd. intersection
at no expense to the City of Coppell.
No fill is to be placed on any existing manholes in the corporate
limits of Coppell without written permission from the appropriate
governing body or controlling company.
