The following items were discussed and observed:
1. Paul Wiese to contact DP&L about the condition of the berms and
electric line trench in the median.
2. O'6rien to backfill behind walks to prevent subgrade from washing
away.
3. Randy Fleming approved reducing the width of the concrete walk at the
fire hydrant where a tree was planted too close to the hydrant. The
walk should be poured symmetrical about the hydrant.
4. Randy Fleming to contact storm sewer contractor to get the manhole in
the walk raised to the proper grade.
5. Randy Fleming to contact the paving contractor to get the gaps at the
back of the curb sealed.

6. O'Brien to seal gaps at back of inlets.
7. O'Brien to replace section of walk where manhole has shifted.
8. At the handicap ran~s, O'Brien to pour restraining edge at back of
ramp per attached detail. Remove temporary concrete restraining edge
at front of ramp and provide double row of grey pavers.
