Dear Mr. Clark:
Final acceptance to the above referenced project cannot be
recognized at this time. Utilities, sidewalks, conduits and
other miscellaneous items pertaining to the project must be
addressed, along with one-year maintenance bonds and as-built
drawings. ~owever, recognition of substantially complete has
been confirmed with your firm on September 18, 1986.
Other contractors to the project still have outstanding items of
work to be completed, prior to the final acceptance
walk-through, in which Ginn, Inc. and the City of Coppell have
no control.
