The proposed relocation has been shown on the attached plans. The relocation is necessary to remove the pipeline from conflict with the proposed 3-24-inch RCP storm culvert. The pipeline modifications will include the installation of heavy-wall concrete-coated pipe to withstand dynamic forces of the roadway and for structural pro- tection during the installation of other utilities. Any utilities, including storm sewers which parallel the CPL line, will maintain a minimum separation distance of 15 feet to the CPL line. An interference survey will be made between the CPL line and the installed water line casing and, if required, necessary steps taken to prevent the sacrifice of either line. Any required modifications to the cathodic protection system will be at the expense of the developer.
