Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
At our regularly scheduled site visit today we noticed a number of major items needing completion or
correction before the City can perform a walk-through and prepare a punch list. These items are as follows.
1. The SCADA system continues to read signal errors from the motor operator.
2. The flap valve needs to be installed on the overflow pipe.
3. The irrigation system needs to be completed.
4. The landscaping needs to be installed.
5. The chlorine analyzer needs to be made to operate correctly. The analyzer continues to read a zero
chlorine residual although field testing of water samples measures residuals well above zero.
6. The site lighting needs to be installed.
7. The sign needs to be installed on the brick wall.
8. The electrical system in the tank needs to be completed. This includes making the electric hoist and tank
obstruction light operational.
9. Gate stops need to be installed on the ornamental iron gates to prohibit them from hitting the brick
screening wall when open.
10. The pavement replacement at the entrance to the tank site needs to be completed as outlined in our letter
to you dated August 25, 1999.

11. The dry rock stream modifications need to be completed as outlined in change order number six.
As provided by change order number six, your completion time has been extended until October 1, 1999·
This allows approximately three weeks to complete the items noted above, complete a walk-through, prepare
a punch list and complete the punch list items before the City takes final acceptance of this project. Please
provide an updated schedule that details when these items will be completed.
