LOCATION:
Near Highway 635
APPLICANT:
Fortune Asset Management Company
HISTORY:
The street was constructed a few years ago; however, a
plat was not filed at the time of construction.
SUMMARY: Applicant is requesting approval of an extension for
the preliminary plat, which was approved by the City
~~z~C°uncil~w~_ on January 12, 1988. Technically, the plat
expired on October 12, 1988; however, the applicant is
requesting an extension at this time.
ALTERNITIVES: 1)
Approve the extension of the preliminary plat,
with a time limitation placed on the date of
extension.
2) Deny the extension of the preliminary plat.
