RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
BEING a 180,887 square foot parcel of land situated in the Cordelia Bowen Survey. Abstract No. 56, and
the James A. Simmons Survey, Abstract NO. 1296, in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, and being
part of that la'act described by deed to Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corporation as recorded in Volume 89190,
Page 3416, of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, said parcel of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found at the intersection of the northeast fight-of-way line of Freeport
Parkway (80' right-of-way) with the southeast right-of-way line of Airline Drive (60' right-of-way,
previously named Gateway Boulevard)
THENCE North 54 degrees 43 minutes 12 seconds East, departing said northeast right-of-way line of
Freeport Parkway and along said southeast right-of-way linc of Airline Drive, a distance of 9.94 feet to a
5/8" iron rod found for the point of curvature of a circular corvc to thc let~ having a radius of 666.96 feet
and whose long chord bears North 54 degrees 12 minutes 39 se~ends East;
THENCE northeasterly along said circular curve and along said southeast right-of-way line of Airline
