SUBJECT: ALIGNMENT OF FREEPORT PARKWAY STIJDY
Dear Peter,
As you requested during our conversation last week, attached is a copy of
the recommendation made by Kimley-Horn & Associates for an alignment study
for Freeport Parkway.
As you may know, Country Estates zoning exhibit and preliminary plat has
been scheduled for the Thursday, September 21, 1989, Planning and Zoning
meeting, at 7:30 p.m.; and for City Council on Tuesday, October 10, 1989,
at 7:00 p.m. Because Country Estates will be impacted by this study, the
alignment study will be placed on both agendas preceding the zoning
exhibit.
If you have any questions regarding the alignment study, or the meeting
schedule, please let me know.
