Punch List- Freeport Parkway
Richard Diano, Per Birdsall, Carl Bass, Randy Fleming
and myself met and walked Freeport Parkway and these
are the deficient items
Brick pavers N. E. corner of entry- focal point broken
Brick pavers in north median- nose (Gateway/ Freeport) dropped
Brick pavers in street crossings have settled at concrete
edges.
Broken curb at south bound lane (west) at contruction joint
tie-in. (project start)
Place additional topsoil in medians (to the top of curb)
Pull boxes not installed (item 12) Blow Rat thru PVC and
install pull strings
Replace broken inlets covers & missing covers
Broken variable curb @ Cowboy Drive
Patch chipped curb (south bound lane west outside)
Broken conduit at south crossover- north side of median
Clean storm sewer system
Install irrigation system
Add conduits for signalization
Sanitary sewer shows signs of infilteration- will need to
T.V. and repair
Install landscaping
Construct monument
Submit contract amounts for construction fee assessment of
1.5% Inspection Fee.
