ST8501-CS 881026COPP . , , P ~ I~_~4ORANDUM October 26, 1988 FROM: RE: Steven Goram, Director of Public Works Steven M. Morton, Chief Develomsntal Inspector Monthly Status of Freeport Parkway Steve, I have talked to Kevin today for some input on Freeport. items that you should be aware of. There are two 1) F.L.I.C. does not and has no intention of spending any money to complete the punch list items. They are going to put it off on whomsver purchases the property. 2) Their nine (9) month has expired on filing their plat. I believe this makes this road a private street. I do not know how this will affect us, but I feel that this now puts this situation in the hands of the City Manager, Planning & Zoning Coordinator, and the City Engineer. Steven M.
