Steve, this project is part of a Triland deal that is now owned
by F.S.L.I.C.. They (FSLIC) wanted to know what items were out-
standing before they started to replat property.
After talking to Kevin; F.S.L.I.C. does not want to do the punch
list items and will have whomever purchases the property do it
prior to bringing it to Planning& Zoning.
