I am in receipt of your memorandum where I asked you to provide
me with some information on the status of the Freeport Parkway
final plat approval. Please set up a meeting with all
representatives of the Public Works department (Streets, Parks,
etc..) and yourself with Kevin Pieffer to go over any outstanding
items, any additional items not addressed on the punch list,
and as a group determine what would be the most appropriate
approach to ensure that those items are correctly followed through
prior to any final plat approval. Please provide this information
to me for my review before implementing any such program. If
you have any questions, please advise. Please respond to my
request by January 22, 1988.
